Biking

Discover the beauty of our area by bike!
By riding a bike you can admire charming views, focusing on its details, enjoying the smells around you, noticing the changes of colour that take place throughout the day. Let yourself be charmed by birdsong, the rustling of trees swaying in the light breeze coming up from the sea or from the lagoon.
Thanks to the tracks and bike paths that cross the entire coast you can discover this corner of paradise. You can go off on an aimless adventure, or use the cycling routes made for you and your family
Each tour allows you to discover the wonders of our region.

ORANGE WAY (WATERLAND)
This route (23,6 Km) runs along both banks of the river Sile, and consists entirely of non-asphalted roads. Along the right bank, cyclists pass between the river and the lagoon, admiring Jesolo’s naturalistic landscape at its best.

RED WAY (LOW LANDS)
this route ( 21,4 Km) passes through peaceful, wide-open countryside on asphalted roads that meander through tiny hamlets. Green predominates here. Discover the area by wandering down the small roads through the Villaggio Pineta with its frescoed villas.

YELLOW WAY (URBAN-CITY)
This route of 27 Km is ideal for planning shopping and evenings out in the newly-designed parts of the city; it passes entirely along the city streets, and will give you an idea of the layout of the whole Jesolo Lido. It leads to Cortellazzo, going through the  green “Pineta”.

GREEN WAY (VENETIAN LAGOON)
This is with no doubt the most scenic of the cycle routes (Km 7,8), where nature and the countryside present an incredible spectacle. Iyt starts with a non-asphalted track, that leads to the deepest
parts of the lagoon. From here to Lio Maggiore, cyclists can observe and photograph an infinity of plants and birds. The route then follows the twists and turns of the river Sile

BROWN WAY (IN THE HEART OF THE PENINSULA)
A territory to discover from the center of Cavallino up to Punta Sabbioni and along the waterfront up to the impressive lighthouse.

LIGHT BLUE WAY (THE GREAT WAR)
Fascinating journey (30 Km) among some of the most famous historical sites along the coast

VIOLET WAY (ANCIENT VILLAGES)
A path (24 Km) that winds through the most ancient villages of the peninsula to reach Lio Piccolo to enjoy red andgorgeous sunsets over the lagoon. Sant’Erasmo, little Island in the the lagoon of Venice, famous for the Violetto artichoke growing and for Torre di Massimiliano

ROUTE 11 (TOUR OF THE LAGOON)
The ”pontoon boat“ transports cyclists and bicycles, and connects Lio Maggiore with Lio Piccolo and Lio Maggiore with Cavallino. Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The length of the route is 40 Km

BLUE WAY (FARMER’S WAY)
23Km long, the first section of this route runs along the city cycle route from the centre of Jesolo to Ca’ Fornera, and then into the wide-open countryside in the north-eastern part of Jesolo. This is the ideal route for those who wish to spend a couple of hours pedalling gently.

LILLA WAY (GREAT RECLAMATION)
Cycling through the countryside ripped by the ancient swamps, between the orchard and the pictorial variety of colours typical of cultures, lands of the Great Reclamation. The length of the route is 27 Km

GREY WAY (PIAVE RIVER SIDE)
Between history and landscape with the historical old town of Caorle, land reclamation Torre di Fine and Brian, the promenade of Heraclea and the wild nature of the “Isola del Mort.”

PINK WAY (PIAVE RIVER SIDE)
This route (17 Km) starts from Cortellazzo - the ‘fishermen’s village’ and then runs up the left bank of the river along a cool and shady track (non-asphalted) to an area of Jesolo that is still agricultural land with many interesting features. This is a relaxing, rural route through orchards, vineyards and unspoiled countryside.
